Iris Foundation joined the fun at a Father’s Day event at Bunnings Lake Haven on August 30.
A large crowd of Central Coast families took the opportunity to enjoy free jumping castles, face painting, dancing and the famous Bunnings sausage sizzle. Iris Foundation had a craft table, where kids decorated a plaque with what they loved most about their dad. Older children and parents also filled in message tags for the Tree of Dreams, an awareness campaign Iris Foundation is running in the lead-up to World Suicide Prevention Day, September 10.
Bunnings Lake Haven provided a wonderful chance for local families to connect and spend time together. A fun night was had by all.
