moodgym is like an interactive self-help book which helps users to learn and practise skills which can help to prevent and manage symptoms of depression and anxiety.

Developed by researchers at Australian National University, moodgym features a combination of information, quizzes and workbook activities that are easy to understand and follow. All information is stored anonymously. moodgym is not a replacement for in-person treatment of diagnosed mental health conditions. It is a self-paced interactive tool that supports mental wellbeing.
