Play to your strengths

Taking an inventory of your strongest skills and best personal attributes can provide a much-needed confidence boost when dealing with challenging circumstances. Reflect and draw upon the strengths that have helped you in the past.

If that proves difficult, talking it through with your partner, your boss, a trusted friend or a counsellor may help.

MATES: Supporting Men in the Construction Industry
The rate of suicide within the construction industry is around three times that of the general population in Australia. MATES is a national organisation working to close this gap by connecting men to workplace training, providing useful mental health information and encouraging men to seek support.   READ MORE…

 

Beyond Now
